Joe DeLany
Joe has been in the construction and development business for over 30 years, and has experience with all types of construction including new residential homes and subdivision developments, renovations, and commercial construction.
Joe started his career in 1986 developing residential subdivisions in Sandy Springs and Buckhead for Goodsell Griffin Developments and then moving on to become a project manager for the Griffin Company, overseeing the construction and development of commercial office buildings, industrial buildings, and retail projects around Georgia.
In 1995, with the help of his father, Joe went into business for himself and over the past 22 years, Joe has owned and managed several home construction, renovation, and real estate development businesses. Joe has spent most of his time working in the Atlanta area but has also worked on some successful building projects in the Cashiers, North Carolina and Highlands, North Carolina markets as well. Along with being a licensed general contractor, Joe holds a real estate broker’s license. Joe uses his broad background of experience to help clients make educated decisions that make financial sense while creating their dream homes in the ever changing markets.
Joe went to the Westminster Schools in Atlanta and then on to the University of Georgia graduating in 1985.
Joe dedicates a good deal of his personal time working with charities to help others including the Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. He is a member of the Peachtree Presbyterian Church and loves spending time with his two teenage boys, Joe and Jim. In his spare time, Joe enjoys participating in outdoor sports like cycling, golf, skiing, as well as making time for reading and enjoying music.

Jim Delany
Jim DeLany is a licensed general contractor in the state of Georgia, and he also holds a light commercial license, allowing for him to specialize in building both private family home and commercial businesses. Jim has worked in the contracting and building industry for 30 years and in that period has been involved in the creation and completion of over 500 successful projects.
Jim’s focus is on delivering an unmatched product and service. He values professionalism, integrity, honesty, attention to detail, maintaining a hands-on approach, and developing a quality relationship with clients. Jim brings these values, together with a creative style and a penchant for problem-solving, to every project and client interaction. He attended The Westminster Schools and the University of Georgia and began his career working in residential construction in the late 80’s and then moved on to work as a Supervisor/Project Manager for a commercial contractor in Atlanta, managing several multi-million dollar projects. Since 1995, Jim teamed back up with his brother and father and has specialized in new home construction and renovation for private clients as well as some commercial projects. He enjoys collaborating with the most sought-after architects and designers in the region. Outside of work,
Jim cherishes the same community involvement and close relationships he carries into each project. He is married and the proud father of three children. Jim has enjoyed coaching and managing his children’s Little League football and baseball teams for the past 15 years and also served as the Atlanta Colt Youth Association President as well as was a long standing member of both the ACYA and Murphey Candler Little League Board of Directors. Jim enjoys running and working out and is devoted health and nutrition. In his spare time he also loves spending time with his children, playing disc golf and regular golf and staying active. In every pursuit, both professional and personal, Jim values putting his best work forward.
